The youngest faculty of the UNA is the faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences. The faculty has one main program: Bachelor Social Work with three graduation profiles.
1. Community and social judicial work
2. Pedagogic assistance
3. HRM, personnel and labor
The preliminary and the second years will be combined. The graduation specialization will occur in the practical training year(third year) and in the fourth year the choice of a minor and a final graduation project must be made.
Content of the educational program
The educational program consists of four instructional themes:
• Theory
• Skills
• Projects
• Study Career Path
Each class has a study career path leader, who also guides the class project assignments an trains students in communicative and professional skills. Together with the project leader, these study career path colleagues from the core team, which is also responsible for the progress of curriculum development.
In addition, theoretical courses are taught, such as upbringing development psychology, pedagogy, sociology and law as well as practical courses such as research and drama.
