Information Desk
At the Information desk you can get general information about the UoC, but you can also do your registration, drop in to make an appointment with one of the student counselors, get your student id-card, get your proof of registration, do your de-registration or inquire more information about admissions.

The admission requirements may differ depending on the program that you’re going to follow.
• For the Faculty of Law you need to have at least a vwo diploma to be admitted, otherwise you can make a Colloquium Doctum
however you need to be 23 years or older in order to make this test.
• For the Faculty of Engineering you need to have a MTS diploma with the “doorstroom pakket”, a havo or vwo diploma with
“profiel Natuur & Techniek”. If you do not have the "Natuur & Techniek profiel" you can make the Math summer course in order
to be admitted at the Faculty of Engineering. If you do not have any of these diploma’s than you can also make a
Colloquium Doctum. Keep in mind that in order to make the Colloquium Doctum you need to be at least 23 years old.
• The Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics has programs in Applied Science and Science.
- To be admitted in the Applied Science programs you need to have a SBO-4 or Havo diploma.
- To be admitted in the Science programs you need to have at least a Vwo diploma or have finished the propaedeutic
year of one of the Applied Science programs in one year time. (for more information please contact the program director at the Faculty)
If you don’t have any of these required diploma’s than you can also make a Colloquium Doctum. Keep in mind that in order
to make the Colloquium Doctum you need to be at least 23 years old.
• For the Faculty of Arts you need to have a SBO-4, Havo or Vwo diploma. If you do not have any of the above mentioned diploma’s than you can also make a Colloquium Doctum. Keep in mind that in order to make the Colloquium Doctum you need to be at least 23 years old. Besides this you will also need to have a positive speech therapy test, a health certificate,and proofof good conduct. In addition, a Proof of Good Conduct from the immigration office is needed as part of the asmission to the programs of this Faculty. The pertition for the Proof of Good Conduct will be automatically arranged by the Student Affairs offices by means of a written authorization from the applicant.
• The Faculty of Social and Behavioral Science will offer the Bachelor Social Work program.
To be admitted to this program you''ll need to have a SBO-4, Havo or Vwo diploma. There is no specific date for any of the Colloquium Doctum. They usually take place between February and July.

During the month of July and August both the SA and the Finance department will have adapted opening hours! We will be open from Monday thru Friday from 8:00- 15:30.
