Computer Appreciation Course This course gives a practical introduction for those who are new to using computers (ICT). |

Inleiding / Advanced Web Design This course introduces the student to design and development practices for multimedia content, focusing particularly on web sites. Modern design practices for the web are taught, framed by an introduction to human-centred design techniques, particularly heuristic based interface design guidelines for web interfaces and web accessibility from a global perspective. Today's web sites need to be both well designed and dynamic, thus the course also introduces some basic scripting techniques for going beyond static content. The focus of learning is activity based and incorporates both individual and team based exercises. |

Internet Workshop Consists of an independent reading of information on the Internet around a topic and a location initially designated by the teacher; it concludes with a short workshop session where students can share and exchange the ideas and strategies they discovered during their work on the Internet. Internet Workshop permits students to learn from one another about content information, critical literacy skills, and the new literacies of Internet technologies. It is one of the easiest approaches to use with the Internet, being familiar to anyone who is already using a workshop approach for reading or writing instruction. |

Inleiding / Advanced Microsoft Outlook This section has been developed to be of benefit to new users of Outlook, individuals migrating from previous versions of Outlook and individuals wanting to learn to use the advanced functionality of Outlook 2003 or 2007. After completing this section, learners will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental features of Outlook, set up new email accounts along with understanding how to convert their previous Outlook information to 2003 or 2007, utilize the toolbars and navigation panes in Outlook 2007, understand how to operate the email tools in Outlook 2007, demonstrate an understanding of how to customize email options and tools, perform personal information management tasks, manage and utilize Outlook 2007's contact management tools, understand and utilize Outlook 2007's calendar, and tasks.

Powerpoint Workshop Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007 The purpose of this course is to help you understand what PowerPoint 2003 or 2007 can do for you, whether you are familiar with PowerPoint 2003 or 2007 altogether. One of the most noticeable changes is the new user interface called the Microsoft Office Fluent which allows for the creation of dynamic, professional presentations. Microsoft Project The course provides an overview of project planning and execution (monitoring and control). Participants will learn to master MS Project for preparing a project schedule and recording project status. The course follows the steps a project manager follows for preparing a project schedule. The course encourages participants to use Microsoft Project for preparing a project schedule for a work or home project of their choice. Participants may submit their project schedules for review. The instructor will engage in a dialog with each participant providing specific feedback and suggestions. The objective is to apply what has been learned on a real world project immediately. |

Exams Almost every course is concluded with a test or presentation. Students that pass the final test are awarded a certificate. Certificates are awarded during our awards ceremony, which takes place at the end of each course period. Payment Method |

• | By submitting a copy of the deposit slip of the course fee to the administration of the ICTS. |
• | It is also possible to pay with cash or a check directly to the administration at the ICT Services. |
• | With a Maestro card at the administration of the ICTS. |
